“I have already sent an email of complaint with full details but had no reply to date. Basically I left a brand new car with them and returned to find the front passenger seat soaking wet and the passenger door and foot well.”

“We booked this online via a search engine. Once we found the location we were asked to leave our car keys. It doesn’t state that this needs to happen when booking and came as a surprise. Once we returned to collect the vehicle the car had been re parked elsewhere again not aware this was going to happen otherwise would not have booked. The transfer bus is too small for purpose as was crammed in with other customers on return. Would not use again”

“After parking our car in a corner against a wall we where ask to leave our keys we didn't want to because there's no need to move the car from where we had parked but we where told if we didn't leave our keys then we couldn't park and then told good luck getting a refund very unprofessional and refused a refund”

“Excellent service and the staff friendly. Prompt and picked up as soon as we rang to say we had landed. The only downside was that there was a short walk to the terminal, but as stated this is due to the rising costs of the parking at the airport, which is not the fault of this service. I would use this service again 🙂”

“Absolutely brilliant service thank you so much . Sat nab was horrendous to find as it takes you way past the place it’s a left at the Costa Coffee 🥰 The lads on the Sunday night 3am stayed on the phone until we got there giving us directions x”
