“Don't get me wrong on the way out it was fantastic. However on the return there was only 1 bus as someone had rang in.. We ended up waiting 1 hour to be picked up. It was very cold and late with 2 small children. The guy was very apologetic and we did feel for him but it was pretty poor service. Sorry.”

I have looked into this and can see that on that evening, 2 other staff members had not arrived into work due to Covid as they were isolating.
