“I could not find your place as instructions were unclear due to site and road works. I phoned 3 times and gave up after getting answerphone. Your efficient service cost me £130 extra in the airport car park.”

“Trip to the airport there was 6 of us in the minibus, driver never offered us the option to pay to go onto the airport and dropped us off on a carpark the other side of the roundabout, it was quite a walk with luggage to get to the airport. On our return when we phoned to say we had arrived back we requested driver to pick us up on the airport and we paid the £5. Maybe this could be an option when booking. Apart from that we were happy with the service provided and would definitely book with you again”

“Great service, good value for money. The only issue we had was our own fault, we used the postcode to get to the carpark and went round in circles for a bit, we should have followed the written directions on the confirmation email instead. All staff we dealt with were friendly and professional.”

“People had to wait in the rain while a small mini bus ferried passengers… my car was blocked in when I got to the depot…. Guy in cabin didn’t know our flight and dropped a bunch of keys on the desk when we told him we were the Antalya’s flight….’ Is yours one of these’”

“Very good service. We paid the extra £5 to take us to the airport car park, I believe it is a short walk from the dropoff stop but it was raining. Very close to the airport, reasonable charge and the mini bus was waiting for us. Would reccomend.”

“This is the perfect place to park your car when you fly out of John Lennon Airport, Liverpool. You arrive and leave your car and keys with the staff. A 5 minute drive in the mini bus brings you to a 5 minute walk to the terminal itself. On return you phone the office and they pick you up where you were previously dropped off. Your car is waiting by the reception. The staff are such friendly and lovely folks and the whole experience just adds to your holiday. Wouldn't use anyone else..”
