“Great service. Left car at drop off point, picked up within 2 mins, taken to airport journey time less than 10 mins. On return, phoned for pickup, walked to pickup point, van arrived in about 2 mins, collected car about 10 mins after that. All this cost about half as much as leaving the car in an airport car park.”

“Have used a few times and can't fault this company plane was delayed by over an hour for my pick up time was no problem with the company rearranged pick up at no additional charges. Definitely 5 STAR”

“Was flying from Liverpool Airport and in2carpark was recommended by my cousin. Easy to find with clear directions. Parked up and was at airport in under 10 minutes. On returning I called them and by the time we arrived at pick up point 2/3 minute walk the bus was there. Excellent service and staff will definitely use them again”

“Did not know I had to leave my car keys and was really disappointed where we were dropped off in the car park. It was far too long a walk with heavy cases surely we could've been dropped off near the airport”

“I canceled the booking when I found out that I had to go into hospital for surgery I contacted you for a refund but you declined my request stating that you do not refund but will extend my booking for use in the next 12 month which is of very little use considering the surgery I have just had”

“Parked our car here recently, went into the office and wasn’t really spoken to by anyone friendly, infact pretty much ignored. We were sent out to the minibus, one guy got out & walked towards the office, my husband said Morning & he was ignored, I let out a bit of a laugh in disbelief of how rude he was & the guy said WHAT. Anyway after being on edge nearly all my holiday as to where the hell id left my car we were collected by a nice friendly guy & all was ok with my car”
