“Excellent service as always. Drive in, leave your car and hand in your keys. Your car will be safely parked and the minibus will quickly be available to rake you and your luggage to a carpark close to the airport terminal. On your return, phone the office and you will be picked up and your car will be waiting . Also great value for money.”

“Friendly, helpful and efficient service. Only negative is the long walk from the drop off/pick up point, could be a problem for somebody needing assistance. Not the fault of In2 though!”

“On arriving to drop my car off everything went to plan, the lady who drove us to the airport was very helpful, on return not very helpful, my daughter rang as soon as we had our cases to be met with a very angry man on the other end of the phone. We asked him to pick us up at the yellow submarine as im a 70 year old and my legs are not what they use to be and it was raining, he was very abrupt with my daughter saying who told us we could be picked up from there ! We was willing to pay the £5 which we did, then as i tryed to get on the mini bus i struggled because there was no step to help me up, his customer service was nil, if he didnt want to do the pick ups i would say stay in the office, he was a grumpy old man, otherwise the service was ok”
