“We could not recommend In Memory of Life enough. Everyone was so attentive and guided us through this very diffcult time with their thoughfulness and professionalism. They were so patient with all of our questions and requests throughout the whole process from start to finish, with exceptional attention to detail. No question was too small and no request was too great. Alex, Paul and the pallbearers were attentive and reassuring on the day and made sure the service went off without a hitch and were so helpful throughout. A special thank you to Megan, she was truly wonderful and caring. Our sincerest thanks to her as she made the whole process seamless from start to finish with her warmth and compassion. Always available and very kind. We will be forever grateful.”

“I am very pleased to recommend In Memory of Life. They managed all of the arrangements in a timely and sympathetic way. Although everything was done online, by email and telephone, I felt fully supported in every way. They took great care of everything. It was clear what our choices were and the costs were always transparent and never any pressure to spend more. In Memory of Life did the flowers for us as well and they were stunning. They were professional, warm and friendly. The whole family were pleased with how lovely and appropriate the funeral was.”

“My sisters and I attended our mother's committal service on Tuesday 5th March 2024 conducted by Mr Andrew Wilson. I had the opportunity to speak with Mr Wilson the week before and he was pleasant and efficient to deal with. My mother was non-religious and he tailored the service to honour her in a way she would have appreciated. We are very grateful for the care and respect with which the funeral conductor and the pall-bearers treated our mother, and provision of a hearse and coffin so that the formalities of a funeral were preserved. We are truly impressed and a little overwhelmed by the service she received, and we are very glad that we were able to facilitate her wish that her body be donated to science and that your institution treated her with such care and dignity. Our very best regards to everyone involved at the London Anatomy Office and the other relevant institutions in making such thoughtful arrangements for the families of donors.”

“I recently worked with In Memory of Life to arrange my step father’s funeral. When his health took a turn for the worse I started looking at funeral providers and was impressed by the very easy to use website and simple and transparent costing structure. When he died and I called to speak to them they were extremely kind and reassuring on the telephone. Having never organised a funeral before I knew nothing about what to do but Kate was extremely supportive and helped me every step of the way, letting me know which decisions I needed to make in which order so I knew exactly what needed doing and when. She made the whole process very easy and hassle free so I had more time to look after my grieving mum. On the day itself the whole team were fantastic: the funeral conductor, the drivers, the lovely celebrant Bob, all helped to provide real dignity and class to the occasion. I would highly recommend In Memory of Life.”

“In Memory of Life are understanding, thoughtful, helpful and caring, they made a very stressful time so much easier to deal with, they are efficient and helpful in every way. The pallbearers Dean and John were fantastic, calming and respectful, May the officiant was wonderful and helped put together the whole service which was so helpful.We really can't have asked for a better funeral directors as everything has been completed with care. Harriet was absolutely fantastic our point of contact for everything and nothing was to much trouble for her, Harriet helped the whole process become much easier to deal with at a time when we couldnt really think straight she thought of everything and arranged it with ease. We are forever grateful for how well In Memory of Life helped us through a hard time with such compassion, care and professionalism. Thank you to everyone involved.”

“From the onset Caitlin was exceptional, kind and sincere. The care and attention given was outstanding. The service and undertakers were made painstakingly, and it was truly memorable. “At a sad and difficult time, Michelle supported us right through the process and ensured that we were able to give dad the send off we wanted. “From day one the staff were very professional, sympathetic and helpful. I was assigned Kate, in the early stage of planning my mother's funeral, which helped to establish a relationship with one person. Kate was patient, understanding and her tone was that of compassion and empathy throughout. The advice and guidance in all things 'planning a funeral' was second to none. I will 100% recommend In Memory of Life to anyone going through this process. A personal thank you to John, who was very accommodating and talked us through the day. “Extremely happy with the service that I have received from in memory of life. The team are very polite, punctual and thorough, they responsed to any questions quickly, if they didn’t have the answer they were very quick to follow up. Rebecca was brilliant in helping organise the funeral, all her updates were very clear and concise. it was important to me that the funeral process was as easy and painless for our family as possible. I would highly recommend this company, do not be put off by the fact that they do things online. On the day of the funeral, our conductor Alex was fantastic. He helped her so much. In Memory of Lufe are very reliable and very compassionate, everything they promised they delivered. I shopped around before deciding on in memory of life, their pricing was very reasonable but the deciding factor for me was that they understood what we were going through and sought to make everything as easy as possible during a difficult time. Phone calls answered every time and fantastic communications. Thank you so much in memory of life you made a difficult day bearable !”

“In Memory of life we’re understanding of the families wants and needs at such an emotional time. My mother deserved a celebration of her life and they delivered superbly. Very patient. Empathetic, accommodating to no end and nothing seemed to much trouble. You could contact them and know that someone was at the other end of the phone or got back to you as soon as they could. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped make my mother’s cremation go smoothly and with dignity.”

“We were extremely surprised at the speed with which arrangements were put into place, by In Memory of Life funeral services, especially at such short notice. The deceased was Ukrainian. There speed accommodated the religious requirements of the Russian Orthodox church. Communication from In Memory of Life funeral services was highly efficient, with responses being given promptly, no matter what time of day we called. Communication with the Celebrant was also very efficient and she helped us choose and compose the elements of the service. There was just one issue that gave cause for concern and this was having the wrong date of birth of the deceased on the order of service. The ceremony itself was respectful and well conducted. The majority of the attendees were Ukrainian. The celebrant made sure that time was given for the observance of rituals connected with the attendees' religion. Those present commented on the respect and sincerity with which the service was conducted. A favourable comparison was made compared to how the same service may have been conducted in Ukraine.”
