I recently worked with In Memory of Life to arrange my step father’s funeral. When his health took a turn for the worse I started looking at funeral providers and was impressed by the very easy to use website and simple and transparent costing structure. When he died and I called to speak to them they were extremely kind and reassuring on the telephone. Having never organised a funeral before I knew nothing about what to do but Kate was extremely supportive and helped me every step of the way, letting me know which decisions I needed to make in which order so I knew exactly what needed doing and when. She made the whole process very easy and hassle free so I had more time to look after my grieving mum. On the day itself the whole team were fantastic: the funeral conductor, the drivers, the lovely celebrant Bob, all helped to provide real dignity and class to the occasion.
