“Memory of Life made it so easy to arrange my dad’s funeral, I have a 3 month old and I wouldn’t been able to do it without them. They were considerate and caring, they held my hand from the beginning to the end. I cannot thank them enough for assisting me in every way. I managed to arrange a beautiful send off for my dad because of their help, and I really appreciate that. They made communication so easy, they accommodated all my requests and they answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Memory of Life — and (hopefully not anytime soon) I will definitely reach out again to use their services. Thank you Harriet and Nick!”

“I am so pleased we chose In Memory of Life to organise my dad's funeral. The first thing that drew me to them was how easy it was to see what they offered on their website. I wanted to understand the whole process and what the various options were and this was clear even before I had called them. Once I made contact, on the night my father passed away, they couldn't have been more compassionate, well organised and professional. You always feel like you're in safe, experienced hands and communication (using email and WhatsApp) is always timely and clear. May was fantastic, organising the funeral for us, and booking all the different options we required. An easy 5 stars, no hesitation in recommending.”

“The service and support I received from the In Memory of Life team - especially, from Holly - has been absolutely outstanding! In my opinion, there was not one single aspect of the funeral-arrangement process - from beginning to end - that they did not handle with absolute first-class efficiency and compassion. I will be making it a condition in my will that my next of kin use In Memory of Life, when my own time comes.”

“Rebecca was an absolute gem. She was respectful, courteous and professional and I believe went way above and beyond to ensure my dad got the best send off possible even answering calls and replying to messages late at night and early morning. Nothing seemed to much for her. She is an absolute credit to your company and on behalf of my family and I I’d like to thank you all but most off all thank Rebecca for everything she kindly done for us during our darkest days. Give that absolute star a pay rise! 😊”

“The team at In Memory of Life have been incredible during such a difficult time for my family. From the very first call, Emma showed such compassion, patience, and understanding nothing was too much trouble. She guided us through every step with care and made sure my mum’s service was exactly as we wanted. The whole team were professional, kind, and attentive, ensuring everything ran perfectly on the day. She facilitated the commital process with care and compassion and showed 'Memory of Life' to be an ideal organisation to deal with such a sensitive situation. “I worked with the same funeral arranger throughout the process of organising my dads funeral. Tali really worked hard to understand what I wanted from my dad’s funeral and put me in touch with the necessary people to make it happen. She went above and beyond to explore possibilities, and gently helped me understand when and why my options clashed. Above all I feel that my father and I were treated with dignity and respect, and not just an avenue of revenue.”

“We had to arrange a funeral in an area that we were unfamiliar with and therefore just picked “in memory of life” without knowing anything about them. However we are more than happy with the service we received, there are packages available to chose from so no hidden costs, packages can also be changed/altered if needed. We had a WhatsApp set up which was run by Tali so she could keep communications going. The response from Tali was amazing. Everything was arranged over this chat from services at memory of life and for the cremation. There was no need for us to attend the office. The funeral was on 6th October and I can honestly say the whole service went so well everyone felt that we had given my brother in law an amazing send off. I can’t thank the whole team enough. I highly recommend this company.”

“The team went above and beyond to ensure that mums funeral was everything she wanted. They was always on hand for any questions that I had and always willing to help. They were able to make local recommendations on florists, seeing as I was not local to the area. I couldn’t fault a single thing from start to finish.”

“We received a very good experience from the Memory of Life team at every stage, even though it was not possible for family members to attend in person, we were made to sense that we had, and our wishes and concerns were addressed professionally. The gentleman who read our family tributes did an excellent job of capturing nuances, and we really appreciated receiving a video of the service. That was such a kind detail.”
