“A truly lovely team who were incredibly helpful and compassionate. Our family used them to lay my gran to rest a few years ago, and when it came time to arrange my grandad’s funeral, I didn’t hesitate to return. I was completely unsure of what to do, but they were extra supportive, guiding me through everything with kindness and care. I can’t thank them enough.”

“With passing of my mum I was in a mess , after getting in touch with in memory of life and May and her team everything was plane sailing . Excellent communication and guidance from start to finish and a follow up after to see how was . I wouldn’t hesitate to strongly recommend In memory of life .”

“I am immensely grateful for the sensitive, supportive and meticulous care Holly, Harriet, Becky the celebrant and the whole team provided at every stage for my mother's funeral. They ensured that every detail was taken care of, and there was never any need for extra anxiety. “Excellent service! Nick was our first port of call and was amazing in making sure we were able to go ahead with a funeral service at such short notice! Harriett is amazing and made sure that everything was precisely what the family wanted and went out of her way several times to make this happen! Donna The Funeral Conductor was exceptionally professional and caring to our needs and values. Again, thank you so much for helping to create a farewell in such a short space of time, that was beautiful and exactly what we wanted.”

“I would highly recommend In memory of life. This was the first time having to arrange and organise a funeral. From the initial phone call to the actual day itself, we received wonderful, empathetic customer service. There was no big sales push and everything was easily explained and transparent.Rebecca was wonderful and understood out unique circumstances, she found us a wonderful celebrant, Ruth who managed to out together a very fitting eulogy with very little information. All the family commented on what a lovely service it was. Thank you to Rebecca, Ruth, Harriet and Nick for the wonderful care of our loved one.”

“The whole team were incredibly human. No salesmanship, no question or request too diificult. Patience along with helpful direction and solutions for those who have never been through a funeral process before. Every person, from the first call, to my main point of contact, to the people on the day of the funeral - every single one was so nice. Its obvioulsy a very well run team who feel good about what they do. I can't reccomend them highly enough.”

“I cannot recommend InMemoryOfLife highly enough. From the very beginning, Nick and Megan were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely supportive during a very difficult time. Negotiating arrangements for my friend’s wife’s funeral could have been overwhelming, but they made the process clear, respectful, and compassionate throughout. I obtained many quotes from other funeral companies, and the difference in price was huge. InMemoryOfLife offered a very affordable price without compromising on quality or care. Their service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They also provided a complimentary, high-quality temporary grave sign, which many other companies wanted to charge extra for. That small but thoughtful gesture meant a lot and really shows how much they care about families, not just costs. A truly professional and caring company. I would wholeheartedly recommend InMemoryOfLife to anyone needing funeral services.”

“Losing dad, any relative, is a very difficult time and at times like this you need to be able to trust those charged with the arrangements. I was unsure about using a company I had not heard of before but after doing my research and speaking to the team we instructed them. From the get go they were attentive, professional, communicative and respectful. Contact was easy through the WhatsApp messaging and e mail. Telephone calls were also easy and I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. Thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using In Memory of Life again.”

“Memory of Life made it so easy to arrange my dad’s funeral, I have a 3 month old and I wouldn’t been able to do it without them. They were considerate and caring, they held my hand from the beginning to the end. I cannot thank them enough for assisting me in every way. I managed to arrange a beautiful send off for my dad because of their help, and I really appreciate that. They made communication so easy, they accommodated all my requests and they answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Memory of Life — and (hopefully not anytime soon) I will definitely reach out again to use their services. Thank you Harriet and Nick!”

“I am so pleased we chose In Memory of Life to organise my dad's funeral. The first thing that drew me to them was how easy it was to see what they offered on their website. I wanted to understand the whole process and what the various options were and this was clear even before I had called them. Once I made contact, on the night my father passed away, they couldn't have been more compassionate, well organised and professional. You always feel like you're in safe, experienced hands and communication (using email and WhatsApp) is always timely and clear. May was fantastic, organising the funeral for us, and booking all the different options we required. An easy 5 stars, no hesitation in recommending.”
