“I am so very grateful to the whole team at In Memory of Life for how they handled my Father's cremation - with respect, kindness, gentleness, dignity and professionalism. From the friendly, clear and helpful emails to the actual service itself - every step was personalised and done in a very very caring way. Although I hope I never have to go through this again, if I do, I would certainly choose In Memory of Life to help me with it.”

“From the first contact with Harriet from In Memory of Life, I knew that I was in good hands. Always very responsive and understanding to my questions and requirements. Holly also was equally helpful and sincere in her support . “On behalf of my family, I cannot thank Harriet enough, for all the kindness and support she gave us after the unexpected death of my beloved uncle. From the first call, she showed complete empathy and took me through the process with such care, which was really appreciated and I knew we were in good, safe hands. I was kept up to date throughout with what was happening and nothing was too much trouble. The day went off without a hitch and Harriet kindly followed up with a telephone call to check that our family were happy with the service provided. Thank you so much, I would highly recommend In Memory of Life to anybody who wants a personal, caring farewell to their loved one.”

“Myself and my family would personally like to thank Harriet she was so amazing the support I received from the moment I contacted In memory of life, I felt like I had my own personal organiser as well as a mental support worker. No matter how big or small my question were she made time to answer as well as guide me not just in the funeral but with the hospital and other things. John was our conductor on the day and was amazing not rushing us and helped guide us through the steps of the day without him I wouldnt of had a clue. Thank you both as well as all the support from your team that I'm sure were working on our behalf who I never spoke to. I don't think I could have handled the cremation of my brother without you all, so again I will forever be greatful to you and your team especially for our memorial page ❤️ 🙏 💙 ♥️”

“How do I start, where do I start in praising and expressing my gratitude to In Memory of Life for guiding me through a most challenging, emotional, upsetting and vulnerable time in my life? From start to finish, Memory of Life was amazing. On the day of my husband’s passing, I went online in search of a local funeral director. Memory of Life was the first that caught my eyes and there was no need to look any further.. My first contact, Harriet, is the most gentle, compassionate, helpful and informative representative. She guided me through the process of burying my husband and the options available with courtesy, ease and speed on the phone, via email and What’s App; whichever was preferable, fastest or most convenient for me. And as for the Big Day? The whole process was seamless (and classy) from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend In Memory of Life to anyone, without hesitation. Thank you. Thank you. “From the first phone call I made to Nick at Memory of Life and all of the way through the planning of my Father's funeral just over a week ago all of the team have been absolutely wonderful! I am so grateful to Megan and Harriet absolutely everything I asked for was delivered to perfection and my Father had the most beautiful service and send off. They were extremely kind, patient and helpful throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble for them I honestly couldn't have arranged it without their expert guidance and kind and professional help. They really are an amazing team they made what was a very difficult time so much easier to arrange I would like to thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for everything. “Professional and Caring The whole team at In Memory Of Life were outstanding in helping us with the arrangement of my sister’s funeral. Compassion, professionalism, kindness and care was shown throughout by Kate who helped with the planning. Kept me updated with everything, arranged everything l asked for, everything was perfect and all the staff were very helpful. Our funeral conductor and his team on the day were amazing. “In Memory Of Life were fantastic at every step of the process. They were incredibly communicative over a mixture of whatsapp/email/phone, and I felt secure and confident in their service. They made sure that I was informed of every small decision that needed to be made, and helped advise on various aspects. A special commendation should be made to Kate, who offered a personable and above all KIND approach to facilitating the funeral. I am very grateful for their assistance with this, and would recommend them in future (though hopefully not anytime soon!)”
