Thank you, In memory of Life for everything you did to make our Dad, David’s funeral go as smoothly as possible. Thank you to the entire team and in particular Harriet for her perseverance, patience, efficiency, compassion, kindness, genuine care and attentiveness in making the arrangements for us. Quick responses to my many queries and requests. I was confident that I could trust her to make the necessary arrangements. Communication was great, Harriet was always on hand to answer questions. I felt supported and reassured that she knew what she was doing and would get things done. Especially as someone who had never arranged a funeral before and had no clue about making such arrangements. Harriet was very patient in answering every question. Even with constant requests for changes to accommodate our Ghanaian customs and traditions, Harriet would do what she could to accommodate our requests. On the day John, the Funeral conductor, the team for the day; the pall bearers, were all very professional. John’s guidance was invaluable and reassuring. The driver for the wheelchair limo for mum, also called John was professional, respectful and took care with mum, driving us to and from the church. One of the most difficult and challenging events of my life but IMoL helped us through with their exceptional professional service. If you need the services of a Funeral Director who will deliver a professional and bespoke funeral with care and compassion then I would highly recommend IMoL.

I had a very positive experience with Memory of Life throughout this difficult period of the lost of my Belated husband. Everything from the planning of the funeral, ran very smoothly with high standard of professionalism, efficiency & empathy. Without their input & support it would of felt alot more stressful.

Thank you Caitlin and the team at In Memory of Life services. First class service, prompt responses to any questions by phone and emails. I felt extremely supported in what was a difficult time. The service ran smoothly with the celebrant and pall bearers very professional. The flowers for the coffin were beautiful and exactly what I requested. I would highly recommend this service and I would definitely not hesitate I. Using them again if needed.

Recently my Wife passed away and as a family of five we panicked. After a few calls on the weekend “IN MEMORY OF LIFE” answered, a family business crewed by Harriet, Kate and Alex and others that we did not meet. Their soft and helpful approach was welcomed and over the coming days they had it all sorted for us to concentrate on the grieving. What turned out to be a beautiful Cremation Service is a result of their Funeral Direction. They were very accommodating with all of our requests and highly responsive during the whole process. Thank you again for all your hard work !

From the very first contact I had with In Memory Of Life they were a pleasure to deal with at a very difficult time. Everything was perfect on the day of the cremation and the process getting there was made easier by the whole team. We had very particular requirements including a Portuguese speaking celebrant, overseas certificate to take ashes to Portugal and a bilingual order of service. I would particularly like to thank Megan in the office and Alex on the day who guided me and the family through the whole process. Thank you for helping Joao to move on in a dignified and appropriate fashion.

I can't praise In Memory of Life enough for the care and personal support they have offered my family and myself before, during and after our father's passing and cremation. They have been kind, informative and respectful, and have gone out of their way to find solutions.

I’d just like to say a heartfelt thank you for the way you handled my Mums cremation yesterday morning (09:30 Jacqueline Sandercock). My family and other attending guests were really appreciative of the clear efforts you made to make the ceremony really personal. I thought you perfectly captured the spiritual and personal aspects of Mum’s character – and even managed to create some lovely lighter moments – which we all very much appreciated. Before attending the cremation, I could not have envisaged ever wanting to rewatching the service, but now feel confident that at some point in the future I surely will. Keep up the good work! And thank you again.

Reliable and Professional Service and we were blessed with the exceptional services of the experienced and kind Celebrant May Andrews (who was referred by In Memory of Life) she made all the difference on the day at this saddest of times. John, the person Leading the Celebration of Life Ceremony was also exceptional. Good communications held with the In Memory of Life Team, throughout the weeks before the Celebration of Life Ceremony. I hope I do not need to use their services again but I would highly recommend them as they are professional and sensitive to the Client's individual needs. A general observation (for ALL Funeral Directors - not just In Memory of Life) I do not believe that all aspects of the essential service provided by the Industry for a Celebration of Life Ceremony / Funeral can possibly justify the significant costs charged. I know of Families who have been left in considerable debt when trying to raise funds for the most basic of Funerals and - when assessing the various Funeral Directors' cost breakdowns for the individual fees - I believe the entire Industry should be regulated to drive costs down to more reasonable and acceptable levels. I'd love to see 'In Memory of Life' driving such change as I believe they could be the stand out Company in this regard.

I would like to say a big thank you to Kate and the team for looking after Mum. They made us feel very blessed that she was in such good care. Kate was so Professional and understanding of what we were going through. Nothing was to much trouble. I called her on a number of occasions to ask questions, and she always made me feel like it was never any trouble. But the most important thing was the care and attention to detail they gave Mum. Little things that we didn’t think of. They made one of the hardest things we had to do at a very stressful time, so much easier. Thank you so much ….

My husband Mark Chelvan-Stanmore unexpectedly died on 13 March 2024. Our family is still in shock at his passing. Mark is/was loved so much. Meghan, Harriet and their In Memory of Life team surrounded us in a circle of support and guidance ensuring every step in preparation for Mark's funeral on 2 April was actioned with the highest standards of care and kindness - with Harriet being on hand even through the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Steve on the day of the cremation service guided the practicalities, drawing together the In Memory of Life service to perfection. Thank you from all our family, Dr S Chelvan, King's Cross, Islington 6 April 2024

I Can only say that I have received a wonderful support and service from In Memory Of Life throughout the whole process of organising my grandmothers funeral; they have been amazing every step of the way, and it was comforting knowing that we were in safe hands during our loss. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to support any one in organising their loved ones farewell. With thanks, Catalina.

The service was short but moving and dignified. Unfortunately Memory of Life forgot to action my request for a recording, which rather spoilt the day.

Our mother passed away unexpectedly on 9th February, and we were faced with finding a Funeral Director at short notice. With the help of the Internet, we were lucky to find ‘In Memory of Life Funeral Directors’ who came to our rescue. The kindness, support, guidance, and professionalism that we were shown by Harriet, Grant and her colleagues is something that we will never forget. They helped us to say ‘goodbye’ to our Mother in such a respectful and beautiful way that we will never be able to thank them enough. If you are reading this review, and feeling as we were, heartbroken and bewildered, please do not hesitate to put your trust in ‘In Memory of Life’ you will not be disappointed.

The short, but very dignified service prior to my mother’s cremation was a good way to say a final and very private goodbye to my mother. I was given input into the service, which I didn’t expect and Sarah the Vicar and the team of undertakers were kind and supportive.

Dear all, I just wanted to thank you all for making the difficult time relating to the cremation of our mum as stress free as possible, in particular for arranging for the coffin not to be visible - this was very much appreciated. We are so pleased to have been able to fulfil our mums wishes of donating her body and this is also down to you all making arrangements to make this process as stress free as possible Thank you

My partner of 43 years wanted his body to go for medical education purposes and our daughter and I wished to be present at his cremation which took place on 19 March at 9.15am at South Croydon crematorium. The whole event was carried out in a peaceful atmosphere and with great dignity. Ian was given great individual respect and all the staff were thoughtful and supportive. We are so pleased to have been with him on his final journey. I thought the whole proceedings were beautiful. Thank you for looking after Ian so well and helping both of us. We will treasure the memory. Julia and Rebecca
