“I am so very grateful to the whole team at In Memory of Life for how they handled my Father's cremation - with respect, kindness, gentleness, dignity and professionalism. From the friendly, clear and helpful emails to the actual service itself - every step was personalised and done in a very very caring way. Although I hope I never have to go through this again, if I do, I would certainly choose In Memory of Life to help me with it.”

“We are incredibly grateful to In Memory of Life for their support and guidance in arranging my father’s funeral. May was a great help throughout the arrangements, responding promptly to queries, following through on actions and ensuring everything was handled efficiently. Her communication and reliability made a difficult time that little bit easier for our family. Donna, our funeral director, was wonderful on the day itself. She handled everything with such ease, professionalism and care, reassuring the family and ensuring the day ran smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was polite, approachable and patient, taking the time to talk us through each step of the process and answer our questions. At a time when there is so much to think about and organise, having a team who were willing to guide us through everything made a real difference. Thank you to May, Donna and the wider team for your kindness, professionalism and support in helping us give my father a fitting farewell. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family.”

“The Memory of Life Team were very supportive helped me during a very difficult time.. Harriet, Kate and Rebecca and not forgetting Alex and Paul made my cousin's funeral the best day for me and the family. “In memory of life were just impeccable. I couldn’t have asked for anything more - they took care of absolutely everything and provided a tailored, customer focused service. Their communication was excellent and I am overall incredibly grateful for their help during such a difficult time. Special shout to our funeral conductor, she was one of the loveliest people I have met in a long time. She really went above and beyond. Thank you so much.”

“We cannot stress enough the amazing support IMOL gave myself and my Father during this difficult time loosing our Mother/Wife recently. We have been so very impressed by this funeral directors. From our first engagement to the very finish, the team was professional, supportive and so kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they truly went the extra mile to ensure the process was seamless. Massive shout out to Emma who I dealt with the most, whether it be over the phone, email or Whatspp. Emma was an absolute star and was always so helpful. Emma went over and above for us, providing exceptional customer service. During a sad time like this IMOL really knew exactly how to handle and make good judgement on things, which in my opinion is imperative. The funeral director on the day (Donna) was also fantastic making everyone feel so comfortable giving you a real sense of knowing everything was taken care of perfectly. Thank you so much to all involved, you have all been incredible and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our heartfelt appreciation is being sent to you genuinely, which is totally deserved by IMOL. “After the unexpected death of my daughter, the team at In Memory Of Life were compassionate and professional throughout the planning of the funeral and on the day itself. Emma was able to address all of our queries and concerns. The Celebrant, Ruth Arnold, spent time with myself and my grandson finding out about my daughter and she made sure we were very happy with the tribute to her life. The team on the day, led by Kieran, were impeccable throughout and Ruth's leading of the service was excellent, combining warmth with professionalism and her delivery was beautiful. I would highly recommend In Memory Of Life - they made an extremely difficult time for us much more bearable.”

“We couldn't recommend the team at In Memory of Life more highly. Our beloved Dad died peacefully at home and the team were able to collect him and transfer him into their care at short notice and during the night. So right from the start, they were sensitive, helpful and efficient. We then had to organise a funeral service within three weeks and the team were excellent. They found a superb celebrant, who crafted a beautiful memorial service for Dad, effortlessly working in all our memories and the music and readings we required. All the other elements that completed the funeral were overseen by May, who was kind, caring, focused and efficient. The team on the day of the funeral conducted the cars, the procession for the funeral and the time at the crematorium with impeccable discretion and kindness. We were devastated by Dad's death, but working with In Memory of Life to celebrate his life was everything we could have hoped for. Thank you to the whole team.”

“The Team approach at In Memory of Life made me choose them over other providers . The compassion may be expected but all the small ways they sought to help in a very difficult time stood out .My loss was exacerbated by the sad fact that I would be unable to see the deceased . This team went every step with me and lived every moment as if I was their only concern - that is rare . “The whole process with the Memory in Life Team was smooth and organised. At a difficult time, the clear process and communication made things that little bit easier. Particular thanks to the celebrant, Denzil, who I will always be grateful to for genuinely listening and helping hugely with a decision I was struggling to make. Denzil and the funeral director were so professional and kind on the day. It was a small personal service but the team conducted it with as much care and attention as might be expected for a much larger service. The service is something that I will always remember and the way it was conducted made the experience and memory a positive one. Thank you to the whole team.”

“The impeccable service started right at the beginning when l first picked up the phone to you about some questions l wanted to ask, you made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and if l had forgotten anything just telephone and it will all be ok. When l met Robin at the Crematorium he had a presence of calm and a voice to match he spoke my words so heavily and made the service perfect. Last but far from least was the main Lady pallbearer she too was so lovely and put us all at ease, im so sorry to have forgotten her name but her gestures will remain in mine and my brothers hearts forever, she asked if we would like to carry the coffin into the chapel something we would of had never thought of if she hadn't mentioned it and will remain one of the most honourable and precious moments of our lives forever. Thank you also to everyone behind the scenes and then theres just one more person to thank, The driver who escorted my mums ashes to me as he passed her over l said "Hello mum" and the driver said you can have a cuppa and a chat now and thats exactly what l did, he was the icing on the cake of many layers that go into such a perfect funeral service as yours.”
