“We were very pleased with the thoughtful consideration to how the service was conducted to accommodate our wishes and being able to choose the music and any words we wanted to be read by the chaplin who kept in touch with us directly, all in a lovely setting.”

“I am so incredibly grateful and thankful for the care, support and compassion Harriet and Rebecca provided during the arrangement of my father’s funeral. Everything that they offered and provided from the communication with me to providing the celebrant to taking care of my father was outstanding. They made a difficult time more manageable without having to worry about the arrangement of a funeral, they took care of everything without that worry and stress. Thankyou again to In Memory of Life for everything, I greatly appreciate everything you’ve done. As a funeral directors they are highly recommended.”

“We used in memory of life for my father funeral in oct 2023. It’s taken me sometime to complete the review because sometimes life gets the better of you. I just wanted to say this company was excellent. They made the process easy, they took care of everything. They were supportive and not pushy. The funeral as carried out with excellence and utmost respect. I would highly recommend this funeral director. Well done and thank you.”

“We couldn't have asked for any better service from the very first call I made to the team at In Memory of Life till the interment of our loved one. Your support and patience with us when we did not respond to messages and emails in a timely manner, the care of our late beloved pastor whilst in your care was phenomenal. Above all, your teams professionalism, kindness and compassionate care have helped us in the very challenging journey. My aunt is resting peacefully in the bosom of the Lord. We wouldn't have been able to do it without your advice and support every step of the way. Thank you so much for all you do ❤️.”

“We sadly had cause to call on the services of In Memory of Life twice in one year, following the loss of my father soon after my mother. The service we received from In Memory of Life on both occasions was first-class, attentative without ever being intrusive. Holly interacted with us on a regular basis via WhatsApp, and made sure everything was on track and in accordance with our wishes. The service we received on the day of both funerals was superb, with Alex and his colleagues taking care to ensure everything went smoothly and providing gentle reassurance and encouragement throughout. Follow-up from Holly after the funeral was excellent. I felt the team from In Memory of Life genuinely cared about helping us through a difficult time, and cannot find fault in any aspect of the service they provided.”

“Funerals are an expensive thing to organise, but In Memory Of Life made it much simpler. The lady helped me though a number of problems with the Inquest and Release of the Body. Then she helped sort out all the other things that I would not have been able to do. Very thorough preparation. On the day - everything was smooth and predictable, the coffin arrangements were fine, pall-bearing by my friends and relations was well supervised. The main gentleman was polite and supportive and very well dressed of course. All went smoothly including a follow up call. Thank you IMOLife. Andrew Mackay”

“Memory of Life took a lot of care with the arrangements for my mother's short funeral service. The various options were set out clearly and in good time, and as the date of the service approached there was some discrete follow up to check that everything was as we wanted it. Memory of Life were able to find the exact recordings of the music that we wanted played which was appreciated. All the professional staff involved on the day were excellent and very considerate. It was a concise, but very poignant service and we all felt that it was a very fitting final farewell to our mother.”

“Having chosen to donate her body for anatomical examination, nearly three-and-a-half years had elapsed since my mother's passing when Laya, from In Memory of Life, contacted me with a date and time for her cremation. I had always assumed that this final stage of her journey would be a rather regimental process, knowing that there would be a dozen or so similar cremations before 10am, but it was clear from Laya's first contact and regular updates that they treat everyone of them with the utmost respect, dignity and sensitivity. Although the committal service is barely ten minutes long, we were able to choose entry/exit music and discuss readings with the chaplain beforehand, which meant that along with the traditions of the hearse, pallbearers and funeral conductor provided by In Memory of Life, we were able to give my mother a perfect, personal send-off. Only myself and my wife were able to attend in person, but friends and family were able to watch the livefeed and download the video after the event. I'm very grateful to everyone at In Memory of Life and the London Anatomy Office for giving me the opportunity to share my mother's final journey and be reminded of her kindness and generous spirit.”

“Thank you to all the team. My thanks especially to Tali. Communication was absolutely fantastic. My aunt died in a carehome and Tali communicated not only with me but the Carehome Manager. Tali organised the pictures for the rolling screen and took care of the order of service. The funeral director on the day, Peter, was caring and wonderful. The funeral service was beautiful. I cannot say enough... and would not hesitate to recommend the services of In Memory of Life. Many thanks”

“In Memory of Life funerals arranged the commital service for my dear Mum on behalf of the London Anatomical Offices. I could not have hoped for a better team to organise and manage this sad occasion, and from start to finish they were kind, supportive, helpful, empathic and understood our needs. Laya was especially helpful, with speedy, informative information and her communication was great. The service ran extremely smoothly, the live screening worked exceptionally well and we received a copy of the service the following day. Music, photo's, beautiful flowers and general information were all perfect and helped up get through this very sad occasion without issue. I would not hesitate to recommend In Memory of Life for anyone needing a supportive, caring service. They were excellent. Thank you to Laya and the team.”
