Placed an order and paid extra for next day pre-12 delivery. When the items did not turn up, I raised a query with the company only to find out the the items were out of stock. There was no indication on the website the items were out of stock when I placed the order. Why would you not make it clear items are out of stock? Why would you advertise a next day delivery option when you can't fulfil next day delivery? Extremely poor.
