“Excellent. Let down by couriers UPS who gave a poor service.”

“Next day delivery service still not recievied!”

“Ordering was easy, but would like receipt to be issued straight after payment, rather than a day later via email. Cost of delivery cheaper than our previous supplier, but still expensive. Royal Mail would cost less.”

“I was really impressed with the quality of the ID cards, the photos were crystal clear with bright colours. They arrived the day after ordering which was fantastic. I will definitely use them again when we next need ID cards.”

“Hello, I buy the software and asked for download link and activation code. On the phone I said that I have database ready to print with .card extension from cardimaging or cardpresso and the lady said it will work. When I download the demo version I open and see that this software is completely different and not usefull for me. Even though I don't activate the software I send request to return the softwafe on phone, chat support and email. And they said thay will contact so later I got an email that the software is shipped by post. I will not receive the software and send it back to the sender. You must send me back the money I didn't use nothing from you. Misserable customer support...”

“There aren't enough words of praise. We hit a little bump in the beginning but it meant witnessing ID Card Centre Ltd staff going above and beyond even what their promise was, in order to deliver results which we (our large team and I) were really impressed with, we had our expectations smashed. The customer Service is outstanding and the response is always made quickly. The staff are really friendly and up-beat even over the phone or email, it's lovely to feel the human-ness come through from a company. Outstanding. Well done team. We will continue to make orders with yourselves. Thank you.”

“Ordered items that said stock on web site only to be told no stock and no date”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry that it wasn’t a good one. We placed an order with our supplier for the item you require in July, who confirmed these would be due with us this week. As we haven’t received any tracking information from the supplier, we are unable to confirm this and therefore did not want to offer you a delivery date that was subject to change. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can do get stock into our warehouse, but due to many factors including the pandemic, there are shortages of many products. We apologise for the delay and can assure you that as soon as we know when the item will be with us, we will be in touch with a delivery date. “They did not send the name of Shipping company and tracking number to me”
