“Ordered a pack of Paxton Net 2 WatchProx, assuming that as they were called Watchprox, they would be for putting on a wrist, like a watch. There is nothing on the website suggesting size, usage, length of strap etc, and had I known that the Watchprox was meant for attached to a watch, rather than going round the wrist, I would not have ordered. More information on website is needed, as looking at other reviews many other people have made this mistake.”

“I bought Magicard Pronto Printer from ID Card Centre and their communication was great and very fast delivery. The product was as described. The after sale service was amazing, they helped me to set, activate software and how to make ID cards. I am not very good in technology and they we very patient with me. A big thank you”

“Hi, Everything was fine apart from receiving the invoice. If it could be provided once payment has been made it would be far more efficient. Communication I had with customer service was quick and helpful.”

“I spent £958 under the pretence that I would be receiving a brand new printer. However, when it arrived it was clearly not brand new. The protective cover that the printer was in was ripped apart and damage, some of the labels had been removed and to top that off there was even rubbish in the box that it came in. I tried to return this and organise a refund, however, they wouldn't refund it. Even though their website guarantees 100% satisfaction. I have since reported this to the Trading Standards and would definitely not recommend.”
