“Unfortunately I never received my order, Royal Mail said it had been delivered but it haven’t been, checked with neighbours and local depot and they just said it’s been delivered. Messaged ice seeds and let them know they looked into it and said the same thing it’s showing as delivered and check with local depot. Not saying it’s there fault but would off been nice if I had been offered a replacement or discount or something at least”

“I must say that I am also very disappointed because it had never happened to me in my life that a single seed out of 5 did not germinate !! Considering that you can make a mistake and that I tried to germinate first 3 and then 2 seeds, I don't think there were any mistakes, I will definitely not buy SENSI SEED anymore.”

“1 star, very harsh but the telephone number on the website just rings out. Had to find an alternative to get hold of someone. Not good enough. However that said once I got hold of someone the usual efficient service kicked in. Fuck ups with orders happens, but you must be contactable. First cock up in nearly ten years, will still continue to use. ......Love Ice seeds. Take it easy Dan.”

“I only received them today and I’m shocked you’d charge people 1st class when you know it’s a pointless thing. If I hadn’t been charged for that I would have understood if not. It’s not your fault about the delays in the post but surely you can’t charge for 1st class!!!!! It’s basically robbing if you ask me!!!”

“I would never use this Company again after being sent a so called upgrade instead of what I ordered. The upgrade was single seed packs (promotion free seeds from companies). Which cost them nothing to buy then scammed my £55 and palmed me off with lots of emails Corona or no Corona this should not happen”
