“This is a review of the renewal process only, I've never had to make a claim. The process was great. A couple of weeks before renewal date I got a reminder email, then a phone call about a week before renewal. Unexpectedly, the call centre person was not pushy, but was relaxed and knowledgeable. I had an unusual question which the person fielded well. I'm entirely happy with the experience.”
