“Everything was very easy except at the lSt minute. After the payment went through the aite just froze. No acknowledgement that the renewal was successful. The only indication being this request for a review.”

“It was so easy to use i4me Insurance Brokers website. Easy, straightforward questions that I was able to answer without any hassle or stress. They were one of the cheapest Brokers for my holiday static home insurance. “The customer service provided by i4me is excellent. My insurance was due for renewal and I received a courtesy call to ensure I had all the information I needed to make a decision on whether to renew. I4me representatives have always been helpful when I contact them and they answer the phone quickly rather than me having to wait an hour in a telephone queue.”

“I was recommended to use you by a friend who also has a holiday let. I was impressed by the efficiency of your UK based staff. Everything was explained and the premiums were reasonable so I went ahead. I was pleasantly surprised that when I renewed last year and again a couple of days ago the premiums only changed a tiny bit. I would definitely recommend you to other people with the same type of property as myself.”
