“i4me put in a courtesy call when I overlooked renewing my insurance and then called back at a convenient time that suited me. Daniel then checked with panel of insurers and renewed my policy at cheapest rate. Cheaper than previous year too. Very happy with service so far.”

“When I initially telephoned them call was answered promptly and having explained I needed to insure an inherited unoccupied property pending it sale I was quickly put at ease and after answering a few questions several quotation options offered. Various documents sent to me by email for my attention. Having opted to accept one of the options it was relatively easy to ‘click’ reply and after a security check to make a purchase. The premium appeared to be very competitive and substantially cheaper that that offered by my existing insurer. Highly recommended.”

“I did request a review of the price quoted for renewal but heard nothing back. Then I was informed the insurer would not quote lower. But you could have decreased your administration charges to at least make a token gesture to attract my business. I shall have to shop around next time. Vincent Woods”
