“I asked for a quote it was supposed to be with me by the end of the working day which was Friday. Because the Insurance company didn't get back to your agent she emailed me to let me know it would be with me by close of business on Monday instead which it was. Excellent communication which helped me to decide to give you my business. Well done.”
