“A totally refreshing experience sorting out our 2nd / holiday home insurance cover. Website process easy to follow. Clear communication when we needed to contact direct. Calls returned promptly and solutions found to meet our needs. Our previous insurer was offering no bonus for loyalty, only a 15% increase with no claim; which seems to be standard these days. Thankfully, both consultants we dealt with at 14me Insurance - (Lee and Adam), went over and above to ensure our business went with them.”

“I was pleasantly surprised when the company contacted me less than 12 hours after I sent an enquiry on the internet. The person I spoke to was polite and helpful providing me with a quotation very promptly. The quotation was extremely competitive and I was happy to accept it. Also unlike some companies, the phone is answered in a timely manner!”

“The website to get the quite was easy to use, they then followed up and listened to what we had to say. I asked them to hold and they held off until I was ready to purchase the insurance. I received all the documentation as soon as I concluded the purchase.”
