“In a world of computer impersonality and general difficulty in "talking to a human", it was refreshing to get a follow up call from James Olley at i4me after an internet enquiry. Even though we didn't conclude a deal, James provided great advice for my home insurance, and then provided a competitive quote for my AirBNB rental / holiday property home which I went ahead with.
