“Completed transaction on line and payment was taken. Policy didn’t go live so I re did it and got charged twice. Refund took a few days but now back in my account. Was contacted by customer services directly to check refund was sorted so that was great.”

“Have used same ins company for years ! Thought i would get a quote just to check that the price was ok ? Then soon found out it was over the top and i had been with them you years never had a claim . I4me ins quote was £200 cheaper for same cover ,i did it on line then sat back to think about it then they rang me to check the quote was ok and i took it out , Cant fault the service”
