“Did an online quote which went smoothly. Got a call following it a while after which was really helpful as I had a few queries. Was really helpful and not a call to put pressure on to buy the policy which I found refreshing.”

“Easy process from start to finish. When you call them they answer the phone without being put on hold for 20 mins listening to terrible music. You speak to a real person who knows how to deal with your enquiry and does so efficiently and quickly. Just what we all need when we are busy. Thank you i4me.”

“The brokers I spoke with on the phone were clear, courteous and as helpful as they could be. I cannot fault them. (However the steep increase in the premium and one of the excess payments is a big cause for concern, but of course beyond their control. The company senior management might look at ways to address such a heavy increase in the premium.)”

“phone answered quickly by a courteous and knowledgeable human , although the premium had increased from previous year they were able to offer a small discount as I had been a regular customer for several years. I did do some comparison enquiries but i4me were still the most competitive so I felt reassured I was not being penalised for customer loyalty.”
