“Excellent service when insurance was due for renewal (I've not had to make a claim so can't comment on that). Unlike other brokers I've dealt with, i4me actually got back to me really quickly with answers to my questions, didn't put me on hold for ages when I called, and called back a couple of times to see if I needed any help (without being pushy). Their customer service is the main reason I signed up for my insurance with them again!”
