“I’ve never claimed so I don’t know what that process would be like with them but in terms of being easy to deal with and affordable I think they were spot on. Originally they gave me great holiday home insurance that is really hard to find and was so much cheaper than what I had originally from another compare. And now providing me with landlord insurance. They chased me by letter, email and phone which I really appreciated so I didn’t miss it at a time I’m very busy. And there was no queue when calling up to speak to them. Very polite and friendly and could answer all my questions.”
