“I ordered a sample wallpaper before buying, and glad i did. The wallpaper was not what i expected. It looked great in the picture but when i got the design as was not pleased with the results. It didnt shimmer or look like the picture. Wont be buying”

“I bought a sample of the silver glitter wallpaper and although it was lovely quality unfortunately it wasn't right for our lounge. The sample was posted out to me very quickly and I would definitely buy from I Love Wallpaper again.”

“Love the paper exactly what I was looking for. Went to the site looking for Liliac paper but was spoilt for choice and picked silvery grey. When I opened the box it looked even better than it did online.”

“Fabulous choice of wallpaper and great website. My only criticism is that I was sent an email offering free delivery over a particular weekend so I decided to place an order following the link. I wrongly presumed that the discount would be automatically applied, but it wasn't. By the time I had realised, it was too late. I immediately sent an email requesting a refund of the delivery charge. An email arrived the following morning stating that a refund would not be made as the code should have been entered at the time of ordering. This has made me feel less likely to order from them again as I don't feel valued as a customer. I do feel that this company is a little inflexible as they also state quantities and colours etc. cannot be changed once ordered as they are so quick despatching orders. As they don't appear to work over the weekend maybe they could be a little more tolerant of order changes placed in a Saturday or Sunday, so long as the order was amended before opening time on Monday.”

“The website was very easy to use, the items were at a great price. The only thought was the delivery price was quite high for such small items, but understand you need to cover all costing's. The delivery was very speedy. All in all very easy and hassle free”

“I am happy with the wallpaper and it seems to be good quality. It took quite a while to arrive though. Seemingly there was a problem with my address but i was never contacted about it. I emailed I Love Wallpaper and enquired about it and i received my order the next day.”
