“Ordering system is simple enough. Stock should have been checked before being told that it would be dispatched on the day I ordered. One roll of paper was out of stock so I now have a room clean and ready for decorating, but sadly, no wall paper to hang. I was informed of the delay but too late to change anything.”

“MY WALLPAPER SAMPLE ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AND I LOVE IT BUT THE COST OF POSTAGE WAS RIDICULOUS FOR A BIT OF PAPER - A 79P SAMPLE ENDED UP COSTING £1.58.”

“Although a larger sample than many other places, I really wanted to see the whole pattern. Folding it up into 6 sections wasn't great either.”

“I have ordered some samples and was happy with the service, it would have been even better if I received the sample ordered. On the whole I think the prices are competative and the samples are good quality”

“both rolls of wallpaper arrived dented this dosnt seem to have affected the paper maybe to put on outside of packaging fragile hopefully delivery company will take notice but on saying that the packaging wasnt dented so must of left the company like that.”

“Quick delivery of both the samples and then the ordered product. Good price but then the paper we found very difficult to trim on the wall without it tearing. Our decorator also commented on the way the paper easily tore when pasted, which has not been the case with other papers, so unfortunately there was more waste (as some pieces tore when being hung) and the final result had jagged edges in places where the paper tore - even when it had been left to dry out before cutting. Shame as the pattern is lovely and apart from this issue we would have been very pleased. So I've given a satisfactory rating. Maybe we just chose a bad paper? (We used the paste supplied).”

“Hi Have used this company before, prompt and excellent order delivery times. However I decided to order samples again for another room and 6 days later I'm still waiting for them to arrive. Confirmation email received either Monday or Tuesday to say dispatched, now Friday....still no samples? I'm hoping to write my next review in a more positive manner as my first experience was 1st class.”

“Wallpaper was good and delivery was quick. I didn't mind paying for samples but think this cost should be reimbursed should you purchase rolls of wallpaper, which it wasn't. Postage was expensive when buying roles of wallpaper, although the price of the paper itself was very reasonable.”

“Only ordered a sample, but the sample came folded rather than rolled - so had impressed lines throughout and did not show the paper in the best light.We chose not to buy.”
