“Hi received package via fed ex it was on the third attempt of them getting it two us even after a phoncall to them when we got it the packaging was open at one end lucky the paper was ok”

“I was delighted with the service I received from I Love Wallpaper. I am very pleased with the paper we chose although my decorator said it tears quite easily but now that it is up it looks great!!!”

“The Wallpaper and service received from ilovewallpaper was excellent. The only issue was with the couriers who left the parcel outside our house when it was raining. The wallpaper was in tact, but the packaging very wet.”

“Good choice of styles, competitive prices and speedy delivery, though delivery is pricey. Sample service is good but free delivery on this would be appreciated, considering samples in shops are completely free. Otherwise, excellent!”

“Ordered 4 rolls from ilovewallpaper.co.uk which arrived very quickly. There is a lot of choice on the website which meant I found what I was looking for easily. When the rolls arrived two of them were the wrong colour. I called customer services who were extremely efficient and had the right colour dispatched for the next day and swapped with the wrong ones. Really happy with the quality of the papers and would recommend.”

“My surname is Durkin, not with 2 r's. Delivery was a bit slow as I was hoping to start at the weekend because I ordered the wallpaper on Wednesday, and it didn't arrive until Monday.”

“Wallpaper excellent, how ever I paid for next day delivery and it didn't come till 5.30, there should be time slots available as I wasted a day waiting in. When I rang about it, I found the customer services not much help whatsoever. This was when I was informed it could be delivered up to 6pm.... So it isn't worth paying for next day delivery and the price is quite high for that service.”

Hello We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the delivery service but we are not able to offer time slot deliveries and if we where they would be a much higher delivery charge as this is a extra service from FedEx, Also the the Next working day service is only £1 more then the 3-5 working day service and is guaranteed to be delivered the following working day. “It was very convenient to choose and buy on-line. The delivery was fast and efficient. One thing to suggest is - it will be a great help if a true colour of the paper could be viewed on line instead of a different colour image ( beige instead of green ) on the website. Although the description correctly states as green, that green colour was not uploaded on the website image.”

“Quick delivery and item as described however I felt the postage is expensive £5.95 charged actual postage cost £2.60 a bit heavy handed”
