“We have been using KN95 facemasks throughout the current pandemic and the time had come to obtain a fresh supply. Following an Internet search, I was soon drawn to The "Hydro-X Web Site" which I found clear, helpful and easy to navigate. I also noted that those who had left Reviews had largely made favourable comments. I placed my order without any difficulty on 3rd January and, over the following days, received e-mails providing details of that order (including an invoice) together with tracking information. The facemasks were delivered on 7th January without any problem. Alongside the e-mails I received concerning my order, I was also sent information about the work of Hydro-X, Aquabox and other Companies concerning the supply, by Aquabox, of equipment to Third World Countries to help with water shortages and supply of fresh water through the use of filtration equipment; I was very happy to make a small donation to help with this work. Should I need additional facemasks, or indeed any other items of equipment available through Hydro-X, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning to this Company. Furthermore, I would like to take this opportunity of thanking the staff at Hydro-X for the prompt and efficient way in which they handled my order.”
