“We bought our vita prestige a while ago now from Andy to and his team. What can I say this company are fabulous. Nothing too much trouble, the knowledge they have is second to none. The whole team are brilliant. After care and service plan are brill too. I wish this company a long and prosperous future. It’s not often you get this sort of care from a company these days”

“Bought a 700 series Cabaret today. Highly recommend hydro active.. the information given was provided with detail and any concerns I had was dealt with professionally. We had been to other hot tub conpanys around Yorkshire area and was always drawn back to hydro active. Ricky was a happy chap and felt like we bought of a friend not salesman. Can’t wait till we can relax in our new hot tub.”

“They went above and beyond to make sjre my hot tub was delivered as i needed a crane and one was ordered the same day we have had many hours of fun in the tub and would definitely recommend them”

“Only having my new Pacific lounge hot tub delivered yesterday I can only comment on the the customer service I have received so for. All the staff I have dealt with up to this point have been very helpful and professional. Delivery date needed to be moved back by 2 days due to suppliers, however staff handled this well. My tub was delivered and installed yesterday and we was in it last night. Looks beautiful and so far I am extremely happy with it. Very happy customer. Thank you lads”

“Absolutley outstsnding product and service. The team were fantastic in exceeding every element of finding the right product, to iinstallation and aftersales service was beyond expectation. The swim spar is on all the time and used for therapy as well as fun. The cost to run is no more than my original hot tub The spa was a fantastic investment and totally love it”
