“Had our tub 1 year now. Used it frequently. Love it, so do all the family when they visit. Product is quality as has been the service from the company from sales to engineers. Highly recommended.”

“After having found a leak on our annual service, Martin sorted us out there and then, great service from Hydroactive as usual, very happy to highly recommend them as their after sales service is second to none, the service plan has saved us a fortune and worth every penny! Thank you guys”

Thank you so much Sue for such lovely feedback. Our hot tub homecare scheme is one of our most popular services and keeps the guys very busy, ensuring your hot tub is always in optimum condition. We strive to provide the best aftersales possible and are constantly looking to improve, our current vans carry the maximum they can in spares which allows us to rectify problems on first visit. Due to such diversity in models and manufacturers we’re struggling to carry everything we need, so to improve our service further and to carry more spares we’ve invested in more and bigger vans.
