“The general availability of the slippers I was wanting to purchase is best described as "close to chicken's teeth!". I searched and searched, and finally discovered Hurleys, who I'd never heard of. And you had them, right size, in stock - and very fast delivery. Particularly important, as they were a surprise Mothering Sunday present for my wife from our two Siamese kittens (honestly!). She was delighted with them. I was delighted with Hurleys' service, which has won you a new customer. You'll be my first port of call for more purchases of items that you stock and can be bought confidently online (i.e. impossible to try on - but UGG size 4 always fit her). In a word - Faultless.
