“I have only been using Hunter and Gather collagen supplements for 1 week. I am hopeful the collagen will aid my muscle recovery from training as well as help my joints from niggling pains. The added bonus of improved texture for hair and skin will be welcomed too. I have used the collagen in drinks as well as stirring into soups or gravy. I tend to use one tablespoon for breakfast and one tablespoon at dinner time.”

“I have just started taking the bovine collagen so I can't comment on any results as yet but I will say that I certainly don't notice it in my morning Coffee, mixes well too. The customer service and care from this company is second to none, absolutely first class! I have been given so much help and advice that I feel I am supported to getting my health back on track. You guys are absolutely amazing!! Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to trying more of your lovely products. 😍”

“Brilliant Customer Service Same day Replies as needed some advice before ordering. Product brilliant seen a change in my complexion already very noticeable. Hoping helps with hair too soon to tell . No taste mixes well. Well impressed will subscribe .. suggestion a bigger bag please !”

“I love these products! I also am very impressed with customer service they get back to you so quickly! I made a purchase and then saw get a free coconut oil if you spend over a certain amount which I did! I emailed and they sent me one out and I was shocked how big the jar was!! Was expecting a smaller one!! Delivery is super quick too defo recommend there products 👍”

“My third pack of the the bovine collagen was disappointing it has an unpleasant smell that reminds me of gone off milk. I’d hoped when mixed in with a drink it would disappear but unfortunately every time I take a drink I can smell it, its quite strong and unpleasant. I haven’t left a bad review because I hope it’s just a one off that you will rectify”

Hey Rachel, Thank you for your review we are so sorry that your most recent Bovine Collagen had a stronger aroma than your previous pouches. Our collagen is unflavoured however there can be slight differences from batch to batch due to the natural nature of the product and seasonality. The collagen can also smell stronger on the initial opening of the bag, and this normally dissipates quite quickly. Our customer services team will be in touch to see if we can help further. “I bought both the Bovine & Marine Collagen & have used them now for about 10 days, one spoonful in the morning & one spoonful in an evening. As a breastfeeding lady (actually exclusively expressing for my surrogate baby) I did research & was told that these products are entirely safe to use. However, I have noticed an immediate & significant decrease in my milk supply after using the marine collagen in an evening. I am now taking just the bovine & my milk supply is increasing again. Both taste ok in food & drink, the marine is super fishy in the packet but tastes ok.”

“I cancelled my order but they still went ahead with it. I ordered one bag of collagen to try ( with a discount code) ended up paying for 2 bags one of them full price. Then I tried to cancel but I got the order anyway. I have been trying to contact them ever since but no response. It’s not nice. I don’t think the company needs this sort of customer service. I’m not happy”

Hey Nesh, Thank you for your review we are so sorry that you had trouble canceling your order. I can see that a request was placed however it had already been dispatched from the warehouse. An email was sent to you with return instructions so you could send back the unwanted item for a refund however we didn't hear anything further from you. So sorry if you didn't receive our messages 🙈 Our warehouse aims to dispatch orders as soon as possible once they have been processed. This means that sometimes we are unable to make any changes to your order once received, which includes changes to the delivery address, amending the order, or cancelling the order. “I was extremely disappointed with the collagen supplement purchased. And I ordered 2 packets. Felt very gritty and muddy to drink. Put a teaspoon in my coffee for a 2nd go at it and cannot say I enjoyed it. Such a shame as I had such high hopes for it 😢😢”

Hey Dawn, Thank you for your review of the Rise & Glow. We are so sorry to hear that you are struggling to take the Rise & Glow due to the texture, we have some handy tips you could try 🙌🏼 We recommend to put one heaped tablespoon of the Rise and Glow in a glass first, fill the cup with 3/4 of either iced or sparkling water, whisk and then top up if needed. You could also use hot water instead if preferred - it's almost like a fruity tea or use the Rise and Glow in a smoothie 🌺 You can also find some awesome recipes using our Rise & Glow on our website such as " Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie or "Green Tea Grapefruit Berry Spritzer" 💗 We want you to be 100% happy with your product so our customer services team will be in touch to see if we can help further. “Fantastic product...love the bovine collagen powder. Super easy to use daily in my coffee. I do struggle to redeem the loyalty points...I find the app difficult to use. Would love a more simple way to redeem my points!!”

“Started taking 3 months ago and my nails were flakey and I had a damaged nail bed for years but now look at it now , can’t believe the difference. So if that’s on the outside my bones must be getting stronger on the inside”
