I bought both the Bovine & Marine Collagen & have used them now for about 10 days, one spoonful in the morning & one spoonful in an evening. As a breastfeeding lady (actually exclusively expressing for my surrogate baby) I did research & was told that these products are entirely safe to use. However, I have noticed an immediate & significant decrease in my milk supply after using the marine collagen in an evening. I am now taking just the bovine & my milk supply is increasing again. Both taste ok in food & drink, the marine is super fishy in the packet but tastes ok.
