I'm not impressed at all. I ordered 2 packs of Marine collagen, one of them they sent me the bovine one instead and I clearly asked for the type 1 Marine collagen. It's just been me going round in circles trying to contact customer service team to get it rectified. I was emailed by a customer service representative Marayah who promised she re ordered the marine collagen and sent it to me, however I've received nothing yet. Honestly, you can find these items on Amazon and other places and itd be a lot quicker......Still waiting for this to get sorted..

Thank you for your review Lilia ⭐️ We really are so sorry for this, as discussed unfortunately there must have been a glitch with our warehouse system when packing your order as we do have strict procedures in place to ensure this doesn't occur. 🙈 A replacement was dispatched from our warehouse, however there was no scan of the parcel with the courier unfortunately - we have therefore issued a further replacement for you which we have since contacted you about. I cancelled my order but they still went ahead with it. I ordered one bag of collagen to try ( with a discount code) ended up paying for 2 bags one of them full price. Then I tried to cancel but I got the order anyway. I have been trying to contact them ever since but no response. It’s not nice. I don’t think the company needs this sort of customer service. I’m not happy

Hey Nesh, Thank you for your review we are so sorry that you had trouble canceling your order. I can see that a request was placed however it had already been dispatched from the warehouse. An email was sent to you with return instructions so you could send back the unwanted item for a refund however we didn't hear anything further from you. So sorry if you didn't receive our messages 🙈 Our warehouse aims to dispatch orders as soon as possible once they have been processed. This means that sometimes we are unable to make any changes to your order once received, which includes changes to the delivery address, amending the order, or cancelling the order. I was extremely disappointed with the collagen supplement purchased. And I ordered 2 packets. Felt very gritty and muddy to drink. Put a teaspoon in my coffee for a 2nd go at it and cannot say I enjoyed it. Such a shame as I had such high hopes for it 😢😢

Hey Dawn, Thank you for your review of the Rise & Glow. We are so sorry to hear that you are struggling to take the Rise & Glow due to the texture, we have some handy tips you could try 🙌🏼 We recommend to put one heaped tablespoon of the Rise and Glow in a glass first, fill the cup with 3/4 of either iced or sparkling water, whisk and then top up if needed. You could also use hot water instead if preferred - it's almost like a fruity tea or use the Rise and Glow in a smoothie 🌺 You can also find some awesome recipes using our Rise & Glow on our website such as " Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie or "Green Tea Grapefruit Berry Spritzer" 💗 We want you to be 100% happy with your product so our customer services team will be in touch to see if we can help further. Thank you for your review Fiona ⭐️ We are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the taste of the collagen you have received. Our collagen is unflavoured however there can be slight differences from batch to batch due to the natural nature of the product. The collagen can also smell stronger on initial opening of the bag, and this normally dissipates quite quickly. If you are not a fan of the taste, then changing what you dissolve your Collagen in can sometimes help - we have some fabulous recipe ideas on our website if you would like to try. 🧑‍🍳 We want you to be 100% happy with your Collagen, so our customer services team will reach out shortly. This bovine collagen is awful. Gives me a fuzzy headache and makes me feel sick. Can I return the unopened packet for a refund?

Hey Julie, Thank you for your review we are so sorry that the Bovine Collagen gives you a fuzzy head and makes you feel sick. Sometimes when you haven't taken Collagen before we always recommend starting small and working your way up. Or those with histamine intolerance may not suit utilising collagen as part of their everyday lifestyle. We would recommend speaking with a nutritional advisor as there may be other foods that are triggering the histamine symptoms such as aged cheese, red wine, or ferments. By removing these foods you may find you are able to incorporate some collagen into your lifestyle with no symptoms. Ordered the olive oil mayonnaise , and i am sorry to say I am extremely disappointed. Tastes like water mixed with vegetable oil . Awful . Will not be purchasing again .

Not happy about the very short sell by date on the two mayonnaise we purchased had to throw them away as brought for a gift only had 3 months on it!!

Very disappointed with Hunter and Gather customer service. Ordered 3 items, one item was smashed and leaked all over the box and the royal mail postal van, it was not very well packaged, no bubble wrap. I have emailed twice as to whether they can send another or refund and I will reorder but had no response. Was holding off giving a poor review but in my opinion I have given enough time for a response (emailed 30th March and 4th April) BUT there is no customer service at all, the telephone number is also a dead line. It was the Organic C8 MCT Oil that was smashed so come on Hunter and Gather where is your customer service...............

Poor customer service. One of the bottles had leaked before arrival and wasn’t properly sealed, so unusable. Contacted customer service about the issue and no response. Completely ignored my email. Would not recommend

I receive way too many emails from hunt and gather and even though I have unsubscribed twice I have now received this email to give a review! Other than that the one product I ordered from them I am very happy with...but the emails I am not!

The avocado oil is too strong to make mayonnaise. This is an acquired taste product at best but don’t expect it to taste like standard mayonnaise.

I am disappointed by the attitude of the company regarding their suggestion of the correct dosage of the Collagen powders. The company decided not to add plastic scoops into their plastic-free pouches and declared instead to use equally 2 standard tablespoons for the dosages of 13g and 10g powder. I have at least 7 tablespoons which all have a different unknown size. To measure the powders I had to buy a kitchen scale. There is recycle being plastic on the market.

Hey Jutta, Thank you for your review and suggestion regards to the adding a scoop to our Collagen powder. One of our founding values here at Hunter & Gather is caring for the environment. We use glass bottles for our MCT Oils, Extra Virgin Avocado & Olive Oil, glass jars for our Mayo's, Ghee, and Coconut Oil, as well as re-useable metal tins for our Icelandic Lamb Organ supplements too. All our collagen packaging is made in the UK and is 100% recyclable, reducing on our carbon footprint. For sure we have been looking at spoon options but haven't found one that we are 100% happy with at this time however it is something we are looking into for the future. Hopefully once you have measure the recommended dose of 13g per day once and popped it onto a tablespoon you can see the correct dosage going forwards.
