I cancelled my order but they still went ahead with it.
I ordered one bag of collagen to try ( with a discount code) ended up paying for 2 bags one of them full price. Then I tried to cancel but I got the order anyway. I have been trying to contact them ever since but no response. It’s not nice. I don’t think the company needs this sort of customer service. I’m not happy
