“I have been only taken this product fir just over a week so it's a bit early to see any results but so far I really like it. There is no after taste. I take it in the morning with my morning coffee and then with my green smoothie later. My joints do seem a bit better but not sure. I”

“I like what it does for my body, packaging is good and delivery on time. Don’t like the smell or taste especially in tea but is much better when in a shake or smoothie as you can’t taste it. Good value for money”

“All great apart from the taste unfortunately. Love what you’re doing but the marine collagen shouldn’t be marketed as tasteless!! After a few ruined coffees I just started holding my nose!”

So sorry Kate that you have found the Marine Collagen to have a distinctive taste. Our collagen is unflavoured however there can be slight differences from batch to batch due to the natural nature of the product. The collagen can also smell stronger on initial opening of the bag, and this normally dissipates quite quickly. If you are not a fan of the taste, then changing what you dissolve your Collagen in can sometimes help - we have some fabulous recipe ideas on our website if you would like to try. 🧑‍🍳 Our customer support team are always on hand to assist if we can help further. “I absolutely love your products. You would have got 5 stars but unfortunately, I did not receive the £2.50 cotton canvas tote bag that should have been included in my last order. Don’t worry though, it won’t stop me from continuing to buy from you.”

“I’m happy with the delivery and purchase but it did say it was flavourless the powder . I can definitely taste it and It’s not for my taste at all. I found the best thing to do is add it to my yogart or a smothie or in your coffee .”

“I buy collagen from H&G as it's very good quality. My only issue is that if I buy more than one packet I have to have a free gift with no option to reject it and it is usually something I will not use. So I only buy one packet of collagen at a time even though it would make sense to buy two or three in one go. (Which would help H&G with postage?) Might sound mad but I don't want the faff of a subscription either, happy to just buy what I want when I need it.”

“My favourite products that I buy regularly are large jars of Avocado Mayonnaise and Avocado oil. Unfortunately, I dislike the bottle that the very good Ketchup and Barbecue sauce come in ( almost impossible to pour) so have you considered a shorter wide-necked bottle instead? I would not buy the Greek style dressing again - even after vigorous shaking the contents remained separate and I did not like the flavour.”

We are so sorry that you are not a fan of the sauce bottles we are looking at different bottle options so please watch this space!👀 Caring for the environment is important to us so it is trying to find the best solution which fits in with our values. Again we are sorry that you didn't enjoy the Greek dressing usually after a good shake if it has been in the fridge it blends back together. “I cannot find fault with the service from ordering to receiving my item. My one issue is the taste. I have found so nothing to .ix it with try to make the task of taking it easier. Sorry I was led to believe it is tasteless but omg it is awful.”

“I was taking another brand of collagen but thought I’d give this a try. Dissolves well and I like the packaging. The only think I’ve noticed is that it smells…I gave the bovine one. Not sure if I’ll stick with it because of this.”

“Love the product's and they are well packed and arrive on time. The collagen is amazing no taste to alter your morning brew. My only criticism is I don't like the subscription think (think I may have done it by accident) but I want to order as and when I want. Hopefully there a way to take it off??”

“I can't really comment much regarding effectiveness as I have only been taking this supplement for a month. I started with the Marine collagen but unfortunately the very slight smell and taste put me off. I have now started on the bovine which does not have a smell and seems to dissolve better in liquid, there is still a very slight taste (maybe I'm extra sensitive?) Love the service and recyclable packaging. Will continue using and write a further review in a couple of months.”

“I am still on my 1st purchase of the Marine Collegen, but so far I am very satisfied..it is too early to see if there has been any beneficial effects on my nails and hair but I can definitely see that my skin looks better, so I will shortly be ordering my next bag. I take it morning and evening by mixing it in with my coffee and I have noticed that it definitely decreases my hunger pangs...from eating 3 meals a day , I now have 1 main meal and a snack in the evening...definitely an added bonus.
