“Great product, but, I set up a subscription for every 8 weeks. I then received an email saying my subscription was due to be sent out only 2 weeks after my initial order. I was able to postpone it, but only by 3 weeks, not great...”

“Really enjoyed the products. Definitely felt better and less bloated than when eating the unhealthy versions. A little pricey but I am willing to pay for healthy alternatives to my favourites. Delivery was good.”

Hey Lee, we are so sorry that you didn't hear back to us regarding your delivery policy to Europe. Our customer support team are on hand to answer your questions so it must have got lost. 🙈 Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Europe and the Republic of Ireland at this time from our UK warehouse due to Brexit. However, some of our products are now available through Amazon Europe such as our Collagen, Extra Virgin Avocado oil, and Avocado Mayos. Otherwise please check out some other stockists such as Simply Keto which delivers throughout mainland Europe, and Discount Supplements in the Republic of Ireland. I hope that this helps! Nyree 🙌

“As part of my subscription I would like to be able to alternate between bovine and marine collagen so that I could take them alternately and benefit from both products. Disappointed to hear I’ll have to pay for postage with my subscription in the new year as this was one of the reasons I subscribed…so this may I mean that I review whether I want to remain subscribed.”

“They sent me an email saying I had free shipping as I'd accrued loyalty points. when I logged in and made a purchase, that option wasn't showing so I did feel cheated. I only had the option to get a free bottle of salad dressing, which I didn't want. I buy their mayo as its the only seed/ veg oil free mayo on the market in the UK. Its very expensive and if I could get another brand cheaper then I would.”

Please log in to your Hunter & Gather account via our website and click on "Thrive Rewards" in the bottom left corner. Once the Thrive Reward pop up has appeared and if you have enough points, choose the reward you would like to redeem, by clicking "Get Reward", confirm and copy the discount code provided. Add all of your chosen items to the cart and add your copied discount code and apply. The discount will now be added to your new order.Please note that you can only use one discount code per order. “I’ve only been taking collagen peptides for two weeks so probably a bit early to see the benefits as yet. But I like that it’s easy to take. The only thing I would say is that you sell it as tasteless….it’s not an unpleasant taste but it definitely isn’t tasteless.”

Thank you so much for your review ⭐️ we recommended that it can take between 4 - 6 weeks to see the benefits. Our collagen is unflavoured however there can be slight differences from batch to batch due to the natural nature of the product. The collagen can also smell stronger on initial opening of the bag, and this normally dissipates quite quickly. If you are not a fan of the taste, then changing what you dissolve your Collagen in can sometimes help - we have some fabulous recipe ideas on our website if you would like to try. 🧑‍🍳 Thank you so much for your support, with thanks Nyree

“All your products are first class. But it’s hard to find the subscription page. Most we sites have a drop down menu at top of page. Yours is at the bottom and it doesn’t say menu.”

“Ordered one marine collagen and one bovine collagen. Used one scoop of each daily for 2 weeks - no difference observed or felt yet. The marine version TASTES OF FISH! Less detectable in food servings but v detectable in drinks. I’m not a huge lover of fish especially if it smells fishy. Not sure I’ll be able to stomach a second bag…..”
