“I went for the cheaper 2.5mm sheet this time which i found split/cracked quite easy when cutting even though it was kept in a warm room over night. but i guess you get what you pay for so i would recomend if you are making lots of cuts to get a thicker sheet. Delivery was prompt and i was kept up to date. good service overall”

“Bought some cladding from here a couple of years ago so came back when I needed the same for another project. Prices had gone up significantly (mind where haven’t they?!) but I did a shop around and they still seemed the most competitive. My only gripe would be the postage costs, I would have purchased another sheet for future projects but the jump in shipping is a bit steep for something that would take no more room really and the same effort to deliver as one. (Granted if I’d called they may well have been able to accommodate something but I needed to get the order placed (out of hours) to arrive in time. There was a slight delay in a dispatch confirmation email, but I used the chat application and that was cleared up. Also requested a call via the office from the driver when they were near to the drop off location and this was no problem as all for them to do (unfortunately I hadn’t realised I’d knocked my phone on silent!!) But yes, in short, fab customer service and great product”

“Ordered 3 shower panels. Good quality product at a reasonable price and arrived very quickly. However, one panel was quite badly damaged on one corner (about 100mm x 150mm). This was probably delivery handling damage. The panels arrived late in the evening (around 8 pm) and, although the panels had a very swift inspection, it was dark, cold and raining, they were not unpacked before the delivery vehicle departed so the extent of damage was not noticed for a couple of days. Fortunately, not all of the panel was required and therefore, no problem with this installation. I cannot comment on how Cladding Warehouse would have dealt with the problem as I did not contact them. Happy with Cladding Warehouse, would buy from them again. Would have been 5 stars, but for the potential damage problem.”

“First time used this company, overall pleased. There were a few issues. The delivery arrived without my main item (24 white upvc cladding panels) It looks as though they were not loaded onto the van. I received some trims, and a taped-up box of adhesive, but the main items were missing. To their credit, it was all sorted extremely quickly and the missing items arrived later the same day on another van, which was quite impressive. I also ordered 6x tubes of adhesive and 2x tubes of silicone. These arrived in a taped-up cardboard box which I didn't open for 4 days as I wasn't doing the job yet. When I opened the box the 2 tubes of silicone were missing. As I hadn't checked on delivery I didn't bother informing them. Lesson learnt. Open everything, check everything. The products are great, and the service is very good. Based on my one order, there seemed to be a lack of ensuring that everything was on the van for delivery. I would use them again though.”

“Delivery was long winded and expensive but it's a long way from Yorkshire to South Wales. The plastic sheets were excellent and cut easily with a fine handsaw.”

“Pretty cheap all rounder for pvc whiterock and trims they help you load your vehicle and always pleasant lads. Billing system a bit finicky if you order over the phone but online is a breeze!”
