“The only issue I had was the delivery was faster than expected and when I asked to delay it until the 7 days had passed like stated on the website I got no reply. it worked out though as the delivery driver was there so early that my girlfriend hadn't gone to work yet and the driver was very helpful. A credit to the company. everything arrived in good condition and was brought into the house rather than leaving it outside like some do.”

“The online ordering isnt good, i ended up ordering twice after being told the payment had failed, then both orders disappeared so i had to order by phone the next day, otherwise the product and delivery were both good”

“Not particularly easy to order on line - telephone help advice not great. Delivery date and time not clear - could be better. Product arrived in a timely manner - delivery driver pleasant and helpful - even if it was 07.11 a.m. Product - exactly what I ordered.”

“Colour described as ivory but disappointing when installed and reflected in the light because is was matched to trim ‘ivory’ acrylic sheets Be helpful if colour was ‘standardised’ we take it as read what we buy online!”

“Easy to order and quick delivery as promised. However I did ask for the cladding to be left at the back of my house, if I wasn't in (much more room there). This was on the delivery sheet that came with the panel. But it was left at the side of my house, just 3 or 4 yards from the back.”
