“Excellent prompt delivery but only 2 stars because product not as expected. Product described as being for internal and external use but after contacting CW with a query post delivery I was informed the product not suitable for use outdoors. When I asked for further technical advice the answer was just 'not recommended'. Left with item I can't use, so not happy.”

“Firstly the product seems good and the price was the best around I could find, the delivery driver was a really nice bloke, couldn't fault him. The main issue I had was the delivery communication from the business, received an email saying the product was going to be delivered on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and no time given. Waited for the 3 days at home and no delivery or any explanation of where it might be, sent email at 3 pm on the Friday asking if I was going to see it and no reply, then on Monday night at 6pm received a call from the driver saying he was outside with the product. I found this really poor customer service and basically lost 3 days of a week off waiting for something that was never coming. Keeping people informed is a pretty basic skill in the customer service industry and they failed to do so on this, my first experience of using them, pretty disappointing.”

“The items did arrive at a timely manner however they should sent more than one person on big deliveries, the guy who delivered my items made me and my staff member unload the van all he did was pass on the items and there was a stainless steel sheets which did cut my hand further more he had the audacity to rush us by saying he got another delivery at 4pm and to just leave the whole lot outside and deal with it later after he leaves and then lied when my uncle came and told us off for leaving the items outside so i said to my uncle this guy is in a rush and he was quick to say that he didn’t. I should’ve made a formal actually.”

“All was going well until it came to delivery day the order was for my new shop , I wasn’t there at the time and I got a phone call from my neighbour to say the driver wasn’t offloading the stuff as he has hurt his foot, when I returned I found all my hygiene sheets all £700 worth left outside. Not good at all for £120 delivery terrible!”

“I ordered ceiling cladding. The packaging was really poor - just a plastic film. The bottom board was pitted and not fit for purpose. It was not left on a patch of gravel! The company need to look at how these items are packaged and protected. However, the person I spoke with when I requested replacement was polite and ensured that I would get a replacement. They did say that the product was fragile and they don’t use couriers as they reckon the product would be damaged in transit. The 2 stars reflect the poor packaging/damage not the staff response. Waiting for a replacement has meant my tiler can’t complete their work and I’m going to incur some extra cost getting him back to fit the cladding and finish off the tiling…..”
