“Absolute joke, the 8ft x 4ft panel was delivered to the wrong address 20 minutes away despite the owner refusing the delivery, the driver proceeded to leave it there. Luckily the owner requested my telephone number from the driver and I had to arrange collection myself at my own cost.”

“Ordering is easy, however I haven't received my order yet over a week later. Email sent the day before advising order would be delivered next day, no timing, no tracking, nothing. Waited at the delivery local from 07:00 to 19:00 on the day advised. No one knocked, no one in front of the door, no one on my CCTV. I wrote an email to customer service asking when this would be delivered and their answer was that their driver was at the address and was banging on the door but no one answered. They said they could redeliver the goods, but there would be a chage of £54.95, which I refused to pay as no one tried to knock on my door. I asked for a refund and things to be solved by email, but they refused, saying that only would be solved by a telephone call, and that the manager was involved. I did not receive the call. Further to my frustration over the last week in trying to solve the matter, I said I would raise a dispute and finally they refunded the money. Don't buy from this company. It seems that the redelivery cost is common with them.”

“I have been in business 37 years and have never been treated so rudely after notifying them within 14 days of missing items from my delivery. During the call, it was interrupted by a very rude lady who talked over me and wouldn't listen, I re purchased the 5 missing trims paid £22 for delivery and it took 6 days for delivery. I will be taking this further. Disgusted considering the order was around £800. Never again.”

“I ordered a sheet of cladding to be delivered overnight and paid additional delivery; the sheet did not turn up and still hasnt arrived at its destination. When I asked for an update I was told 'this sometimes happens'”
