“Delivery is expensive - £13.73, when another co. simply posted an identical type of item for a £2 fee, on which they may have made a loss of 5p with the 'large letter' package price - but the staff went out of their way to help me get the correct colour of sealant for my needs, during my phone enquiry, thinking it likely that a discontinued colour might be still in the warehouse, & indeed finding a tube of the darker purple/plum colour that pretty much exactly matched! Product & workplace knowledge is so important when answering customer enquiries, & even though I was only ordering the sealant, I was made to feel valued.”

“Hi there having purchased from you before and pleases with your products, I decided to call ahead before placing my current order to see if there was a discount code I could use as a repeat customer, Only to be told quite abruptly No. The reason I decided to ask was due to the extremely high delivery charge of £206 compared to my previous order where delivery was £57. “Second time of ordering white 2mm PVC sheet - excellent product for lining my camper van shower. Only issue this time round is there are several large scratches into the protective covering - probably done in transit - not sure at the is stage if if has gone though to the main surface of the sheet, as not used yet.”

“Order arrived quickly, only issue was that the driver was on his own but really needed 2 people to unload the lorry, luckily my daughter was there to help him, my wife wouldn’t have been able to help had she been on her own. This should be made clearer when placing an order.”

“Your company was the only place I could obtain a length of plastic profile in the size needed which, despite my small order and the distance from you, was delivered promptly. I would have awarded 5 stars, but my emailed instructions about my '(difficult to find) location and where to leave the item if nobody was here had apparently not been passed on to the driver!”
