“Hi there having purchased from you before and pleases with your products, I decided to call ahead before placing my current order to see if there was a discount code I could use as a repeat customer, Only to be told quite abruptly No. The reason I decided to ask was due to the extremely high delivery charge of £206 compared to my previous order where delivery was £57.
