“It was so easy to buy from this company. When I researched them on Google Earth, their premise looked a bit hidden away small, but the service we got from picking up the phone to order, right through to delivery, from excellent. The lady I spoke to on the phone, to place my order, was helpful and had very good product knowledge, which was appreciated as I needed assistance on adhesives and trim.”

“I ordered ceiling cladding. The packaging was really poor - just a plastic film. The bottom board was pitted and not fit for purpose. It was not left on a patch of gravel! The company need to look at how these items are packaged and protected. However, the person I spoke with when I requested replacement was polite and ensured that I would get a replacement. They did say that the product was fragile and they don’t use couriers as they reckon the product would be damaged in transit. The 2 stars reflect the poor packaging/damage not the staff response. Waiting for a replacement has meant my tiler can’t complete their work and I’m going to incur some extra cost getting him back to fit the cladding and finish off the tiling…..”

“Delivery is expensive - £13.73, when another co. simply posted an identical type of item for a £2 fee, on which they may have made a loss of 5p with the 'large letter' package price - but the staff went out of their way to help me get the correct colour of sealant for my needs, during my phone enquiry, thinking it likely that a discontinued colour might be still in the warehouse, & indeed finding a tube of the darker purple/plum colour that pretty much exactly matched! Product & workplace knowledge is so important when answering customer enquiries, & even though I was only ordering the sealant, I was made to feel valued.”
