“Bought some cladding from here a couple of years ago so came back when I needed the same for another project. Prices had gone up significantly (mind where haven’t they?!) but I did a shop around and they still seemed the most competitive. My only gripe would be the postage costs, I would have purchased another sheet for future projects but the jump in shipping is a bit steep for something that would take no more room really and the same effort to deliver as one. (Granted if I’d called they may well have been able to accommodate something but I needed to get the order placed (out of hours) to arrive in time. There was a slight delay in a dispatch confirmation email, but I used the chat application and that was cleared up. Also requested a call via the office from the driver when they were near to the drop off location and this was no problem as all for them to do (unfortunately I hadn’t realised I’d knocked my phone on silent!!) But yes, in short, fab customer service and great product”

“The website was easy to navigate, and once ordered an email conformation was received. They also notified me when the item had been dispatched. I also got a phone call from the delivery driver on the morning of delivery telling me what time he was due. Very professional.”
