“Requested samples on three occasions and didn’t receive them….But after finally receiving them thanks to Caitlin arranging recorded delivery. it was really good service. Delivery was great. Cladding is perfect exactly what we wanted. Thankyou.”

“Ordered 3 shower panels. Good quality product at a reasonable price and arrived very quickly. However, one panel was quite badly damaged on one corner (about 100mm x 150mm). This was probably delivery handling damage. The panels arrived late in the evening (around 8 pm) and, although the panels had a very swift inspection, it was dark, cold and raining, they were not unpacked before the delivery vehicle departed so the extent of damage was not noticed for a couple of days. Fortunately, not all of the panel was required and therefore, no problem with this installation. I cannot comment on how Cladding Warehouse would have dealt with the problem as I did not contact them. Happy with Cladding Warehouse, would buy from them again. Would have been 5 stars, but for the potential damage problem.”

“Ordered the 10ft x 4ft 1.5mm white satin finish panel to cover our unsightly timber panel up the stairs. It matched all the pvc skirting and architrave. Whilst we were slightly apprehensive about cutting it to size we scored the sizes and used tinsnips and it was fantastic. Used adhesive and clamps to secure overnight and it looks fabulous and better than we could have imagined. Thank you!”

“The items did arrive at a timely manner however they should sent more than one person on big deliveries, the guy who delivered my items made me and my staff member unload the van all he did was pass on the items and there was a stainless steel sheets which did cut my hand further more he had the audacity to rush us by saying he got another delivery at 4pm and to just leave the whole lot outside and deal with it later after he leaves and then lied when my uncle came and told us off for leaving the items outside so i said to my uncle this guy is in a rush and he was quick to say that he didn’t. I should’ve made a formal actually.”
