“Product completely unusable. There is rubber showing jammed in the valve that I’ve never seen before. Tried to connect it to a barbecue and a patio heater and gas leaks (you can hear and smell it). Clearly no quality/safety checks before sending out!”

Good Afternoon Richard, Please accept our sincere apologies. We have taken a close look at the image you kindly provided us with and we can see that the regulator is faulty not the actual bottle. The rubber O ring should be attached to the underside of a regulator. I believe Clare has been in touch with you this morning. Kind Regards, The innergy team
