“Bought a Safari BBQ. Initial contact with Tristan at Leeds who was sooooo helpful, ringing back when promised, following up on questions etc. Located a BBQ unit at the Knottingley branch and dealt with by Steve who also went out of his way to sort me out with everything I needed. Delivered to house shortly after with everything I needed (including gas) to get my superb BBQ going. Cannot praise them highly enough. 10 stars not 5!!!!”

“Poor customer service: Dates given for delivery not adhered to, left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing: though driver was always pleasant & helpful.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We have looked in to this for you at our York depot. Your gas delivery was out on the day specified however unfortunately the driver ran out of time to be able to deliver that same day. When our York Depot Manager rescheduled your job he should have informed you by telephone and we can only apologise that he didn't inform you.
