“The gas bottle delivery was completed without a problem, but I asked for advice on some maintenance work required on the tubing and indicator, and despite ringing a 2nd time to ask for this, I have still not recieved it.”

You mention that you have asked for some advice on the maintenance work required on the tubing and indicator for your LPG equipment and we can confirm that the driver has inspected your pigtails for you and there didn’t seem to be any visual damage. We apologies if you have not been informed that this check was done. Please could you contact our Head Office and ask for Niamh who will help with your query further.
