“The personal service we received was great but there were too many things broken or not working properly on the van to award 5 stars”

“Great company to deal with, emails were promptly answered. Vehicle was brand new, excellent to drive, the only things missing were a brush and shovel for the floor, maybe toilet roll and condiments to start the trip with, a larger water tank would fit in the space provided and make it easier, all of which we left for the next users of the van, hope they stayed in as we found these few things handy and didn't need to take them on with us any further.”

“The Motorhome was brilliant, it's such a good idea if you haven't done it before. We had the Autoroller707 and everything about it was easy to use and operate etc.\n\nFrom initially looking to booking with campervantours *** helped out massively with making sure we had the most appropriate offer and really answered all our queries. \n\nWe broke down on the M4 from a burst tyre, the service we received from *** was second to none, he really helped coordinate what we needed to do and we were back on the road in an hour and a half. Absolutely fantastic, thank you!\n\nGas bottle and water provided lasted well and with little effort to refill the water.\n\nThe only constructive feedback I would give is that perhaps a run through of any current damage to the vehicle be done between both parties before leaving, and perhaps more knowledge on what works without mains plug in e.g. we couldn't use the kettle etc as the battery/leisure battery only operated lights.\n\nWould recommend to others and looking forward to booking one again!\n\nThanks, ***”

“We hired the Ford Transit for our adventure around the UK. What a fantastic van! It is small so suits singles or couples but it's easy to drive and maneuver around roads and parking. \nThe team at Campervan Tours were so thorough both with booking information, no hidden costs, and their travel knowledge. It was by far my most favourite part of our trip.\nThanks so much ***, ***, *** and team for all of your assistance and knowledge. We will definitely be booking through you again. “These guys made it so easy nothing was any trouble to them. *** rang us (UK to AUS) after our email inquiry to discuss exactly what we wanted. kept contact all the way including being picked up from Heathrow and and returned to Heathrow by *** (even though it was 6.30am) after returning to AUS *** emailed a copy of an e'toll to pay. I forgot about it, *** again contacted me to insure the fine was paid before penalty's were applied.\nWe believe campervantours was the cream on our travel cake. Thank you ***”

“i found my whole campervantours experience exceptional. *** provided a wonderful service for me from my initial enquiry , bookings, logistics advise and my subsequent 2nd booking \n*** at the depot in hayes harrington most wonderful!!\ntop service gents!!\nas you know I'm on my way back to UK for another campervantours marvellous holiday this time I'm not flying solo, I'm bringing my 4 adult childen.... i am only too happy to spruik your services to others\nDeb in sunny qld australia”

“I had a fantastic 5 day holiday with my three children in one of camper van tours motor homes and the customer service was brilliant.... Highly recommend it comfort and cue for money all in one... Great way to see the country.”

“An excellent service. Easy administration and no hassle pick up and return. The campervan is very well appointed with a comprehensive range of equipment for a comfortable holiday. I did a tour around a somewhat remote part of the UK which is not covered by tour operators so I had ultimate flexibility on where I went and stayed.”

“We live in australia and from the first contact with the team we experienced excellent service , right through the whole 6 week UK and europe adventure, and the handover of the van at end. *** and the team went above and beyond and we would highly recommend Campervan tours to anyone thinking of doing a similiar trip.”
