Ordered on black Friday order Delivered 6 days later. So bread not too fresh. Moral of this tale don't order on a friday

Firstly, arrived jn galfnopened battered box. Secondly, opening my first white bread loaf it was mouldy had to throw away £4.79 in the bin!Thirdly , the rest of my over £30 order is in the freezer, praying it will not be mouldy. Quite frankly I am so disappointed.

The science of low carb bread is still relatively new, and items can occasionally be susceptible to a shortened shelf life, depending on the conditions exposed to after despatch. Sadly, thought I was on to a winner with Hey Lo after my first order, however... Second order arrived, with mouldy bagels, with 5 days to go until use by date. Then opened up the white loaf with 10 days til use by to find that was mouldy too. Used the "Let us Help You" contact form to report the issue 3 days ago, with out reply. The odd faulty product would have been fine and forgivable, however, the complete lack of response from their customer service isn't good enough. As far as I can tell, products are very good, shelf life not so good, customer service non-existent... Will not be using again.

Got the white bread and babs for our friend on his visit . As he is a diabetic. He found both really chewy . So I tried them and also thought the same. The taste was there .

The bread I received is somewhat old because it has molds in it. I was disappointed and never expected it since I have ordered before and no problem with it.

These rolls had already become mouldy and needed to be discarded well before the sell by date

The science of low carb bread items is still relatively new, and although we put a lot of resources and expertise into HeyLO! products they can be occasionally susceptible to shortened shelf life, depending on the conditions exposed to. Sadly not a great experience and found all of the six products tasteless and like chewing cardboard. I have always enjoyed bread but sadly this is not a viable alternative and will have to learn to cutout or cutdown drastically my traditional bread consumption. Here’s hoping this brand improves dramatically in taste in the near future, it can’t be easy!

Absolute rip off! I should have smelt a rat with the absence of a satisfaction or money back guarantee. The loaves are tiny, have the texture of rubber and taste like cardboard. I ordered one white, one brown and a pack of 4 sub rolls, all were inedible (including after toasting) and went in the bin, £17 inc. postage, gram for gram thats more than 8 yes EIGHT times the price of normal bread! Oh and they also signed me up for a regular delivery subscription which I definitely didn't opt for and had to cancel.

Please be assured that we are not able to sign any customers up for subscriptions, this can only be done when checking out - but we can confirm your subscription is fully cancelled. Regards your other concerns, the high protein and high fibre content of HeyLO! slices does make them very filling, so they are a smaller than regular bread but the main reason people choose HeyLO! bread over supermarket bread is for the super low carbs which require premium ingredients and a lot of recipe development. Awful bread, I bought 2 loaves of the seeded, tried 1 slice toasted and put it all in the bin, tastes so eggy, would never buy again or recommend

Service great. First time tasting any no carb break and sorry, it's inedible. Gave it away to a neighbour in the village. I'd rather have one slice of normal bread than a whole loaf of this any day.

I decided to try Heylo bread after seeing so many positive reviews online. Since the postage was quite high, I had to place a £30 order to qualify for free shipping. In hindsight, I wish I had ordered just one or two loaves to test first. Unfortunately, the bread has an unpleasant taste, and I struggled to enjoy even a couple of slices. It’s so disappointing that I now question the overly positive feedback I’ve seen on social media. The concept of low-carb bread is great, but the execution is far from where it needs to be. I regret wasting my money, and sadly, 99% of my order is going in the bin. I absolutely would not recommend Heylo to anyone.

I'm sorry not for me , yuk , like rubber as toast , I found it stringy and no taste. Sorry but I thought oh great this will help me get over my bread cravings....chucked it to the birds but even they spit it out and I'm not joking , had to go out and pick it all up again 😅

The bread slice was ridiculously small and the texture of the bread was very dry too . Not very nice to look at and taste was quite bland . You need to make some major changes as I am not buying from here again ! Regards Nasrine Begum

Not enjoyed it at all. The bread smelled strange and tasted quite fishy. I ended up throwing it away and having 1 slice out of the whole loaf. High expectations, total disappointment.
