Arrived covered in mould, has a week on the best before date which is clearly wrong. Really disappointed! Will go back to buying the hi-lo sainsburys version instead as at least it’s fresh and I’d actually get to eat it!!

Took too long to be delivered. Way too expensive for what it is. Tiny slices that can’t easily be buttered after toasting because bread is floppy!

Thanks for your feedback - we do appreciate all comments that help us improve. Heylo slices do tend to be smaller than conventional high carb bread as they contain higher protein and fats. I must say I have never eaten anything as disgusting in all my life which was a disappointment as I really miss eating bread , I’m glad lots of people are enjoying your products and its fantastic that you have successfully produced such a lo carb alternative but not my taste

Sorry to say, I had to throw bread and roll ,very chewy and has no expiry date on both. My self tried the roll but did not like . Took 3to 4 days for delivery.

Awful, really dry like a stale loaf even when toasted. Have tried another make before this that is lovely & soft. This went in the bin, had frozen one tried that & it was the same. Back to my other supplier.

I am very disappointed that you keep advertising this bread as "keto bread" when it has so many red list ingredients. I bought it stupidly without checking ingredients first as you don't advertise them on your main ads. So I assumed since it was keto there would be no wheat, potato or oats. I'm very disappointed to see all of those especially as I do keto for health reasons. Please stop advertising your bread as "keto" and advertise it as low carb because that's what it is. Real keto bread is made from sunflower seed flour, almond flour, coconut flour etc and does NOT contain red list ingredients!

Ordered a week ago and still not received. It’ll all be out of date at this rate. They contacted and refunded delivery plus bagel charge. Good. However I’ve just opened the pack of lighter white rolls and they are mouldy! Still in date by 6 days according to the date on them. Not impressed

Very disappointed in the bread / rolls…. Very small in size and dry in texture. Sorry but I won’t be recommending them to other people and placing any further orders.

Our slices are a similar weight to average high-carb bread, but they're more dense in nutrition, containing more protein and fibre. Whilst the products are great, service times are poor. I have ordered twice and on both occasions the products have arrived later than I would have expected. Also a product I ordered was deleted and the first I knew was when I got a credit notification - if a product isn’t available then don’t let people buy it on the website (surely the website should be updated in line with stock levels?). Whilst I can understand that this is a small growing company, using this as an excuse is really not good enough. If you can’t afford to improve service levels or ensure good stock control, then perhaps your business model is wrong?

I received the two heylo white bread I ordered but bitterly disappointed to say they arrived mouldy so had thrown them away. Waste of £15. Needless to say this is my first and last order.

Hi Maria, We are so sorry to read that you have experienced these issues regarding mould/shelf life. The hotter summer months and difficulties with delivery services have proven a huge obstacle for us these last few weeks. We have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to come up with a solution to our shelf life issues and we have now rolled out a recipe improvement across ALL our bread products that will guarantee up to at least 5 days shelf life from you receiving the product (this will even stand true if there are a delays of a few days with postage for any reason). Heylo customers are so often over the moon with our product that it breaks our hearts a little to see that we have fallen below this standard for you. Our promise is to do everything we can to rectify problems when they happen - and your case is no exception. You will of course be refunded or have a replacement for your original order. We are going to get in touch privately shortly to speak with you about sending you some free samples of our new and improved products for you to try. we were given a loaf of Heylo Bread to try and subsequently placed an order. Frankly, had we known the company used DHL we would not have bothered. The only way we can let companies know that DHL are so bad is to stop placing orders.

Products are great and everything is fine until something goes wrong with delivery! Customer Services team are very lacking in helping customers get their order and after over 2 weeks of waiting and having to keep getting in touch it has still not arrived!!!! Very poor service!
